SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

The semi-private personal training at Flex Appeal is perfect for clients
with specific goals, injuries, or those who do not prefer to work in larger groups.

We can begin to program more advanced exercises, which require more hands on coaching.
We begin to introduce lower repetition ranges and focus on those with strength goals.
Also, we work on corrective strategies to help clients improve their movement restrictions.
The size of our semi-private personal training sessions ranges from 3-5 people.

Why Try Semi Private Personal Training?

  • Get FASTER Results! Research has shown that, compared to one on one training, individuals that participate in small group training (3-5 people) see better results!  But don’t just take our word for it.  Come and give it a try!  If you don’t experience the best workout you’ve ever had, well, we’ll be surprised!
  • Motivation:  There’s nothing more motivating than having some friends, old and new, working and sweating right there beside you.
  • Accountability:  Skip a week and we promise, your group members will never let you forget about it.  When you sign up for small group training you aren’t just making a commitment to yourself, you’re committing to being a part of something bigger.  What once was one, is now many.

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

For individuals who prefer the exclusivity of a personal coach
to guide you through each of your workouts in a 1 on 1 environment.

Programs are designed specifically to fit each individuals needs. 
We strongly recommend private training for those that have specific needs
that may not necessarily be best met through semi-private training.

Why Try 1 on 1 training?:

  • Individual Specific Programming:  Some members require specific programming that address injuries or specific movement dysfunctions.  In these cases, one on one training may be beneficial.  This allows the trainer to spend more time addressing specific problematic areas.
  • Motivation: Small groups may be motivating and fun for some, but may not be for others.  If you want a personal coach and cheerleader, our one on one training is the solution for you.
  • Safety:  Safety is ALWAYS our first concern.  Some members requiring specific programming also need to be monitored closely to ensure the highest level of safety regarding their health.  If you have a specific medical condition, please inform our trainers.  To ensure your safety always comes first, we will recommend the be program option.
